If you are thinking about buying or selling a home in The Villages, I would strongly recommend talking to Caroline before you choose a realtor. Her knowledge of The Villages is exceptional, but her willingness to work for you is what really sets her apart. She listens, she works extremely hard, she is incredibly responsive, she is proactive, and she will go far beyond what I would consider the normal expectations of a realtor.

If I could give Caroline 6 stars, I would.  She has been excellent.  We called her to show us a listing, which she did, but also was quick to assess what we were interested in, and showed us two other properties the same day, both excellent choices, the second of which we purchased.  At no point did my wife or I feel the least like we were being talked into settling for something we did not want, and she was very astute to what we were seeking.  She was very honest answering our many questions about the property, negotiating, what was a reasonable offer, what to offer for the furnishings, etc.  We were only in town for four days to find a property, and she worked diligently to complete the purchase documents, communicate with the seller and us, explain the sale, schedule the inspection to occur the next day (and after customary business hours) so we could be present, submit the purchase deposit, and discuss next steps.  In our wildest dreams, we had thought we would only be able to identify one or a few properties to make an offer on after we returned home, yet Caroline worked with us to find just what we wanted and secure the sale asap.  After we signed the purchase and sale agreement, she has continued to communicate with us regularly about the status of repairs to the home, provided ample documentation about the home (property survey, past modifications to the home and permits, etc.) given us a lot of useful information about utilities and resources, and talk with us about renting out our property until we move to the Villages.
